The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is preparing to begin a five-mile pavement improvement project on eastbound and westbound State Route 88 (SR-88)/Waterloo Road that will repave the existing roadway and shoulders from SR-99 toComstock Road in Waterloo. This project will improve efficiency and safety for motorists traveling in San Joaquin County.
