CTA’s goal is to provide members with services and resources needed to continue operating your company in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the state of California as well as to keep you up to date and able to operate in other states in order to deliver the goods and services that move America.  

CTA is now a provider of International Registration Plan (IRP) services. IRP services are yet another addition to the vehicle registration services already in place. This new service adds three trained and certified staff members ready to assist you, adding even more value to your membership. Services provided include opening a new account, renewing an account, cab card replacements, adding and deleting units and changing the gross vehicle weight. 

With this new service, and if you utilize any of the other vehicle registration services, all your information will be located in one central location with an account manager available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
