CTA’s Compliance Help Desk provides access to information on a range of topics, including: electronic logging devices, hours of service, terminal access procedures, DOT drug and alcohol regulations, driver qualification requirements, truck weight/route axles/length limits, and much more.

And that’s not all! CTA staff also keeps businesses up-to-date and in compliance with all the regulatory guidelines and procedures from agencies, which include: California Highway Patrol, California Air Resources Board, Department of Motor Vehicles, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Caltrans. CTA’s Compliance Help Desk has the info you need when you need it.
