The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) will host another compliance webinar for the Warehouse Indirect Source Rule (ISR).
The sixth webinar will review the Initial Site Information Report (ISIR) including the process to submit the ISIR through the WAIRE Program Online Portal (WAIRE POP). There will be an opportunity to ask staff questions following the presentations from SCAQMD.
Warehouse operators of facilities equal to or greater than 250,000 square feet must submit an ISIR by July 1, 2022. The ISIR will require information on the previous 12 months of truck trip data, estimated truck trips for the 2022 compliance period, baseline site-specific information, and anticipated strategies to meet compliance.
The meeting is Friday, June 10 at 10 AM via Zoom:

CTA and its counsel from Holland & Knight filed a lawsuit challenging the validity of the program in August 2021.
This is an unconstitutional tax and dangerous precedent that will spread to other air quality districts in California, statewide, or nationwide.
We cannot fight back against this regulation without your help!
