The Division of Workers’ Compensation and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board have updated certain forms to allow for identifying and reporting COVID-19 related claims. Parties are required to list body part codes when filing claim forms, which have been updated to include the new body part code for COVID-19 cases. | Forms
The DMV reopened 46 more field offices throughout the state on Thursday, May 28, for a total of 71 locations assisting customers with existing appointments and limited transactions that require an in-person visit. The DMV has begun rescheduling prior appointments and notifying customers of the new date. | More
