Warehouse ISRs: What You Need to Know About this Major New Regulation

The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) will consider a major, costly new regulation impacting Southern California fleets, warehouse owners and operators in April. This rule may impact your operations as early as THIS SUMMER.

PSP MCMIS Data Update

The FMCSA Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Website has been updated with the January 29, 2021 snapshot from the Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS). The term "snapshot" refers to data captured from the MCMIS database as it appears on a particular date.

Request Reports Today! You may request a prospective driver's latest PSP data at: https://www.psp.fmcsa.dot.gov.

PSP records include a 5-year crash and 3-year inspection history for commercial drivers. Account holders may access a PSP record during the hiring process after the driver's consent has been properly obtained.

2021 UCR Registration Is Open

Registration for the 2021 UCR registration year is open, with no fee changes from the 2020 registration year. Registration for the 2019 registration year has closed (except for state audit purposes). | Register

Entry-Level Driver Training Deadline Looming

New entry-level driver training rules from the FMCSA take effect in less than a year. The agency recently posted new information on its Training Provider Registry website to help training providers prepare for this change. Read about what your fleet needs to know about these new regulations.
