The South Coast Air Quality Management District will consider adoption of an onerous new regulation targeting Southern California warehouses and fleets at their April 2nd Board Meeting. This rule could cost the average facility nearly a dollar per square foot, every single year, with NO sunset date. It would require extensive and onerous tracking and reporting of truck trips and impose costly, duplicative requirements on top of the California Air Resources Board's already stringent rules.
Please take five minutes out of your day to let the South Coast AQMD's Governing Board hear your voice! Stop killing supply chain jobs...no more onerous regulations!
