CTA in Action: Government Affairs Update
In just the first year of the new Legislative session, Legislators introduced nearly 2700 bills. Read on for a partial list of bills that CTA is actively tracking that we would like to share with you.
As the Legislative year progresses, each week we want to highlight a piece of legislation moving forward and its effect on you. This week, we are highlighting AB 301 (Rodriguez).
The City of Lathrop has sent a notice to business owners to make them aware that they are enforcing trucks being off route on some streets that are not approved routes. We are working with the City of Lathrop on this issue to identify needed STAA routes and get them established as quickly as possible.
CVSA's 30th annual International Roadcheck will take place June 6-8, 2017. Commercial motor vehicle inspectors in jurisdictions throughout North America will conduct inspections of commercial motor vehicles and their drivers.
