Be Curious, Not Judgmental.
If we all followed that line, we would be better communicators, both at home and at the office. In order to become better at communication, we need to be more curious and ask questions of others to start and continue conversations. Those questions can also steer the discussion where we want it to go.
The show also taught us a lot about being a good listener. Facial expressions let us know that what was said was understood. Another key to being a great communicator is becoming a better listener.
On Ted Lasso, the characters had different communication styles. Some were aggressive, while others were hesitant. In order to become a better communicator, we need to understand different ways of communicating and how we can work with them.
Grant Ainsley has spent a career working in various forms of communication and this interactive workshop will give you the keys to become a better communicator.
