Our series kicks off on June 19 at 12:00 pm (EST) with updates from Health Canada on their drinking water program. They’ll update on guidelines on PFAS/PFOS, corrosion control, iron and new guidelines under development for 2024.

Next, on June 26, we’ll get updates from Public Safety Canada and the Canadian Center for Cybersecurity on tools and programs to help secure your utilities cyber infrastructure. We’ll also hear about cyber incidents and actions and lessons learned.

Next on July 10, we’ll hear about the Canadian Benchmarking Initiative. This program is a public sector benchmarking program that includes all aspects of metric and process benchmarking complete with the development of a broad range of benchmarking related communication tools.

For our final webinar on July 17, you’ll hear from Jonathan Duguay-Arbesfeld and Alex Ryan from the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), an impact investor supporting the next generation of infrastructure Canadians need. Jonathan and Alex have led the development of the CIB’s new Infrastructure for Housing Initiative, which includes solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure. They will share insights on how your community can engage with the CIB to unlock more housing by investing in critical water and wastewater infrastructure.
