Jes is a Strategic Communications Analyst at Gannett Fleming, Jes Gearing focuses on helping dam owners and operators effectively work with their internal stakeholders and the public. From assisting in the development, training, and exercise of Emergency Action Plans to helping utilities navigate the ever-changing world of media relations, stakeholder communications,social media, website design, and event planning, Jes’ main goal is to help clients work efficiently and effectively with limited human and capital resources.

Yulia Zakrevskaya

Yulia is presently working for Stantec in California. She has eight years of experience in providing hydrology and hydraulic engineering services for hydropower and dam projects in North America and abroad. Yulia believes in the value of strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and team skills, and uses those skills to thrive in fast-paced environments where meeting tight deadlines is of the utmost importance.
