Reviewers + Moderators

Technical expertise is needed to ensure our 2025 Annual Conference content remains high quality and accurate.

4-8-hour commitment: Expanded Submission Reviewers are needed from November to February. Each expanded submission (i.e., "draft paper") will take 30-60 minutes to review. Feedback from this round of reviews will be shared with authors / presenters to help them develop their presentations.

2-3-hour commitment + attendance at annual conference: Session Moderators ensure the onsite delivery of content runs smoothly. There will be a minimum of two moderators assigned to each session or workshop. This commitment involves:

• Prior to Conference
  o Review draft presentations and provide feedback to presenters.
  o Communicate with presenters to ensure they are prepared.
• During the conference
  o Provide laptop computer for session.
  o Introduce your speakers.
  o Assist/support speakers as needed.
