The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), in collaboration with U.S. and international partners, published a joint guide, “Mitigating Cyber Threats with Limited Resources: Guidance for Civil Society,” for civil society organizations and individuals to mitigate the threat of observed malicious behavior by state-sponsored cyber operations.
A secure by design software development program necessitates formal efforts to eliminate entire classes of defect before the product ships rather than playing whack-a-mole with defects that appear on customer systems in production.
It is with profound sadness we announce that the dam safety community recently lost one of our great engineers – Jay Thom. For those of us who knew Jay, this loss cuts deep.
Jay was heavily involved in dam engineering across the western states for over the past 40 years; he was a champion for dam safety in Montana and a contributing member to the national dam safety community, including serving on committees for ASDSO and USSD. ICOLD News

The East Asian Area Dam Conference (EADC) was formed in 2004 by the Japan Commission on Large Dams (JCOLD), the Chinese National Committee on Large Dams (CHINCOLD), and the Korea National Committee on Large Dams (KNCOLD).
