Lincoln Property, Gigabit Fiber and Tradition Holdings are partnering to build an 800,000-square-foot data center in Red Oak, Texas, with a capacity of 540 megawatts. The project, which could exceed $1 billion in investment, aims to support cloud computing, AI and optical networks.

Each year, university students in construction programs travel to DFW to showcase their skills and connect with TEXO member companies about career opportunities. Students participate in four divisions: commercial, design-build, heavy civil, and concrete solutions. This is an instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrive. Skills covered in this course include first aid for sudden illnesses, injuries and protection from blood-borne pathogens, choking relief and sudden cardiac arrest for adults. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
