Lincoln Property, Gigabit Fiber and Tradition Holdings are partnering to build an 800,000-square-foot data center in Red Oak, Texas, with a capacity of 540 megawatts. The project, which could exceed $1 billion in investment, aims to support cloud computing, AI and optical networks.
