Based on principles Tony Brigmon helped to lead, research, and spearhead at Southwest Airlines (as their internal and external “Ambassador of Fun”), he teaches leaders how to create a fun, profitable work environment where employees/teams are internally energized to do their best, work with each other productively, and in a positive environment that’s good for employees, leaders, and customers. Fun was serious businesses at Southwest because Fun creates serious results.

ExxonMobil and Qatar Petroleum announced Tuesday that they will develop a $10 billion Golden Pass liquefied natural gas export facility in Sabine Pass, Texas. This is part of ExxonMobil’s five-year plan to invest $50 billion in the expansion of its U.S. operations. It will take an estimated five years and 9,000 construction workers to build out the Golden Pass facility. Construction will begin before the end of March this year, and the two companies expect to begin export operations in 2024.

OSHA 30-Hour Construction safety course is intended for supervisors or for workers with some safety responsibility. It provides a greater depth and variety of training on an expanded list of topics associated with workplace hazards than the TEXO Safety First class. Topics include recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards found in the workplace.

A full-day course designed to provide a neutral introduction to BIM tools. Tools are introduced as they relate to the function they perform, as well as particular phases in a project where they have the strongest capabilities. The instructor will cover a four-step process of software selection that participants can use as they start the BIM software-purchasing process. The course concludes by examining file formats, compatibility, emerging technology, and how they work together to transform the industry.
