The bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act introduced by the Senate proposes almost $1 trillion in spending to implement the first part of President Joe Biden's agenda for infrastructure. The Last Planner System - Nuts and Bolts Training is the final, most important and likely most complex piece of the field-based Lean puzzle.
