Over the last 20 years of use on those jobsites, the Safety Pole System has saved countless workers from serious injury when they trip, inadvertently fall off the top plate or are blown from a roof while installing sheathing. What does that mean to these companies? Safer workers, lower insurance rates, lower hospital claims and no OSHA violations.

This course is designed to help students build essential lifesaving skills. Students will be qualified to train others in Medic First Aid/CPR, use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), disease prevention from Bloodborne Pathogens and Infant/Child Rescue skills and AED applications. Students will apply those skills in optional scenario-based practices. Upon course completion, students will be approved to instruct HSI training programs in BasicPlus, CarePlus, Bloodborne Pathogens, Emergency Oxygen and Child/Infant Supplement.

OSHA 30-Hour Construction safety course is intended for supervisors or for workers with some safety responsibility. It provides a greater depth and variety of training on an expanded list of topics associated with workplace hazards than the TEXO Safety First class. Topics include recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards found in the workplace.
