The overall development includes 2 million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail, two hotels and 3 million square feet of residential space all built around a 9-acre park. The 112-acre site is located between the North Dallas Tollway and John Hickman Parkway.

The two-day TEXO OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program provides general awareness for entry or field-level construction workers.
