CMPs on the Move

Constance Samuels is the new manager of meetings and events for the American Feed Industry Association. Samuels joins AFIA from Envision EMI, where she served as contracts and events manager. She has additional experience in the events industry from the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau in Madison, Wisconsin, and White Lodging Services in Austin, Texas.

Chad Chappell joined The Expo Group as National Sales Director. He will be based in Baltimore and will assist clients with strategic planning and execution of events. Chappell was most recently Director of Sales Development for Visit Baltimore and has past sales experience with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Jamie Mitchell, CMP, is now Director of Events for Hub 757. Previously, Mitchell was Convention Sales Manager for Virginia Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Timothy T. Glanzer, CMP, will be joining ConferenceDirect in a leadership role beginning this September. Glanzer leaves his role as Executive Director of Convention Services for Bellagio on August 21.
