A focus for 2018 will be to release updated versions of document templates used by event professionals. The first document we'll be reviewing is the 2018 Event Specifications Guide (ESG). The ESG is the industry’s accepted terminology and format for conveying information about the requirements for an event. The ESG is the document used by an event organiser to convey information clearly and accurately to appropriate venue(s) and/or suppliers regarding all requirements for an event. 

During this webinar, we will review proposed changes to the ESG that have been compiled from the CMP community. Participants will be asked to provide feedback on the the proposed content of the ESG, to comment on the document's global relevance, and to make recommendations for additional elements to include in the ESG template. We will also discuss opportunities to improve adoption of the ESG.
