DEADLINE: March 2 for OSHA recordkeeping
Minnesota OSHA (MNOSHA) adopted two Federal Register notices updating electronic submission requirements for employers in 29 CFR 1904.41 on Dec. 18, 2023. This rule requires employers with 20 or more employees to submit OSHA form 300A data into federal OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA).
