Maintenance Bootcamp in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale
On January 12 in Orlando and January 19 in Ft. Lauderdale, maintenance personnel of all levels, property managers, project managers and anyone aspiring to a maintenance career, will receive in-depth training. The "Basic Training Maintenance Boot Camp" will provide training on how to foster relationships, influence renewals and create a more efficient and effective service program for residents and owners. Nationally known trainiers from Service Team Training will lead attendees in ways to reduce the time spent on maintenance projects, reduce the cost of make-readies and vacant utility costs, and much more.
