The Florida Lease for Residents video is now available on the FAA website. This 24-minute video narrates, in layman's terms, an overview of the lease agreement, paragraph by paragraph. The video is a useful tool to educate your residents, before they move in, about their and your rights and obligations under the lease agreement.
