Six Finalists from Florida to Compete in the 2013 Maintenance Mania National Championship!

NAA has presented the finalists for the 2013 Maintenance Mania National Championship! FAA is proud to announce that six finalists are from Florida!
Bay Area Apartment Association:
  • Augustin Salgado, Jr. with Avesta Homes
  • Nick Williams with Avesta Homes
First Coast Apartment Association:
  • Eric Hoyt with Avesta Homes 
  • Jimmy Garcia with RenaissancePG
  • Jason Frotten with Horizon Realty Management 
Tri-City Apartment Association:
  • Angel Serrano with Greystar

The competition among the participating Florida affiliates was intense, with only seconds separating the top scorers. Only 20 individuals from across the country qualified for the competition, which will be held at the National Apartment Association’s Education Conference and Exposition in San Diego on Thursday, June 20, 5-6:30 p.m., at the Convention Center.
 
If you’ll be in San Diego on June 20, the Maintenance Mania competition is the place to be. Join "Team Florida," the state-wide cheerleading and booster team. Please help us cheer on our competitors: Jason Frotten, Jimmy Garcia, Eric Hoyt, Augustin Salgado, Jr., Angel Serrano and Nick Williams at NAA’s Maintenance Mania!
