Bay Area Apartment Association Honors Nena Gang's 25 Years of Service
The Bay Area Apartment Association honored Nena Gang's 25 years of service to the association by presenting her with a $5,000 donation to Therapy Dogs International, a service dog organization.
 Marjorie Cook attended the awards event that honored not only Nena, but the Bay Area Apartment Association's most outstanding communities and members. The evening also included a fundraiser, Champaign & Diamonds, for the benefit of APAC. Thank you Bay Area for your support! Marjorie said that it was fantastic to see Nena and the remarkable recovery she's made following her stroke last November. She also commented that the evening was lovely and the event was a huge success! * * *
The First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA) presented longtime member and past president David Heald with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 18th Annual Circle of Excellence Awards
Jacksonville, Fla. – WRH Realty Services was named FCAA Property Management Company of the Year. The firm also won the Volunteer Spirit Award and for Best Use of Social Media along with Affordable Curb Appeal and Affordable Service Team at Holly Cove Apartments. WRH’s Jessica Quiett was named Corporate Employee of the Year.
Top communities included Sable Palms Apartments for affordable (DEMCO Management), Colonnnade at Regency for conventional (Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC), Village Walk Apartments for luxury, (Horizon Realty Management) and Cabana Club for new construction (Perimeter Realty).
Greystar’s The Canopy won for Conventional Curb Appeal, Conventional Service Team and Best Marketing Concept.
April Hudson of Milestone Management was named Regional Property Manager of the Year. Top Community Managers were Celina Law for Canterbury Gardens (Conventional) and Veronica L. McCall, for Cambridge Park (Affordable).
The FCAA serves the apartment industry in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Flagler, and Nassau Counties and acknowledged the highest level of service and commitment during the event.

Tampa, Fla. – There were more than 500 property management companies, owners and suppliers who attended the Bay Area Apartment Association’s 22nd Annual Special Achievement Awards held at the Straz Center in downtown Tampa. The Special Achievements Awards are where multifamily professionals throughout the Bay area gather to acknowledge and honor those who have excelled in the industry during 2012. During this event, 33 multifamily industry professionals were recognized for their dedication and hard work.
Wendy Rivera, the Property Manager of The Landings at Boot Ranch Apartments for WRH Realty Services, was recognized as "Property Manager of the Year" by the Bay Area Apartment Association.
Wendy has more than 13 years of experience in the multifamily property management industry and currently oversees 232 units at The Landings at Boot Ranch Apartments, located in Palm Harbor, Fla. The Landings at Boot Ranch is managed by WRH Realty Services, Inc. WRH is very proud of Wendy's hard work and leadership within the multifamily industry in the Tampa metropolitan area.
