Advisory Alert: Fraudulent Phone Call Referencing FAA Conference

If you receive a call from Exhibitors Housing Service (800-217-4402), it is NOT a company FAA works with and attendees and exhibitors should NOT use them. This is a fraudulent phone call. 
Google advised that the number comes from a place posing as a conference planning company.

Attention FAA Exhibitors:
Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. is the official service contractor for FAA and handles all booth furnishings and freight requirements. Once you are signed up as an official exhibitor and receive the confirmation email from Ralph, Expo will send you an exhibitor kit with all the ordering and shipping information you need for a successful trade show. Expo can be contacted directly at 305-751-1234. If you decide to use an independent contractor, you are required to provide ralph@faahq.org with their contact information.
