Balfour Beatty Communities Opens Regional Office and Receives IREM Accreditation

 

Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading provider of property management, development and related real estate services for the multifamily, military and student housing markets, has chosen Florida for a new, regional property management operations office.

The office, located in Tampa, will serve as the hub for developing the third-party management services for multifamily property owners throughout Florida and nationally.

Accredited firms must also have a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) directing and supervising the real estate management team. In addition, AMO® firms must abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics strictly enforced by the Institute.

The AMO® accreditation is the only recognition of excellence given to real estate management firms, and is a key differentiator to asset managers, their clients and the properties they manage.
