February 8: Platinum/gold/silver sponsorship signed commitments are due.
February 15: Platinum sponsors lottery; meeting to select opportunities/booths

February 22: Gold sponsors lottery; meeting to select opportunities/booths
March 1: Silver sponsors lottery; meeting to select opportunities/booths

March 15: Exhibit space selections begin for all 2018 exhibitors.

March 22: Exhibit space selections begin for all other suppliers.
