Deadline to Commit to 2019 Sponsorships Rapidly Approaching

Platinum/gold/silver signed sponsorship commitments  for the 2019 Florida Apartment Association Annual Conference & Trade Show are due February 8. The show, themed Beyond Orbit: Infinity Possibilities, will be held October 2-4 at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

The 2019 FAA Prospectus, which was made available on the FAA website on September 24, 2018, provides details for companies that wish to exhibit as well as for those that wish to sponsor at the 2019 FAA Annual Conference & Trade Show. 

 

The prospectus includes important dates to note: 

 

February 8: Deadline for platinum/gold/silver sponsorship signed commitments.
February 15: Platinum sponsors lottery; meeting to select opportunities/booths.

February 22: Gold sponsors lottery; meeting to select opportunities/booths.
March 1: Silver sponsors lottery; meeting to select opportunities/booths.

March 15: Exhibit space selections begin for all 2018 exhibitors. An invitation to exhibit with a link to FAA’s online booth selection system will be sent to your 2018 primary contact at 9 a.m. ET.

March 22: Exhibit space selections begin for all other suppliers at 9 a.m. ET at faahq.org/exhibit.
