FAA General Counsel Harry Heist has worked with Mike Semko of NAA to create a new lease addendum to deal with the growing problem of bedbugs. Once NAA gives final approval, it will be made available to anyone who uses the NAA Lease program.
Please note that an apartment owner or manager may not on his or her own authority certify that a unit is bedbug-free. By Florida law, such certification must be done by a licensed pest control professional.
