Terry Allen, RVP of Sentinel Corporation in Florida, died of a heart attack on Oct. 12, 2012.
David Harting of Valley Crest Landscape passed away Sept. 1, 2012 in an auto accident in Osteen, Fla. The other driver had a heart attack and his vehicle crossed over into Dave’s lane and hit him head on.
Dave was born in Sutton, Mass. on March 25, 1959, and was owner of White Birch Landscaping and Nursery while he lived there. He moved to Florida in the early 90’s and worked for Ground Control and Nanak’s Landscaping. Dave came to ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance through the Nanak’s acquisition and worked as the Branch Manager of the company’s Longwood branch. Earlier this year, he transitioned to a Regional Franchisee Advisor in the USLawns operation.
Dave was an avid New England Patriots fan, enjoyed riding his Harley and listening to bands. Dave was a very easygoing man who was enjoyable to be around, and known for his calm demeanor. He will be missed.
Clive Bamford has joined WRH Realty Services, Inc. as the Construction Services Director, operating out of their St. Petersburg headquarters. Clive has over three decades of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis in multifamily and single dwellings. He has extensive knowledge with new construction/lease up, conventional and renovation projects. He is responsible for overseeing large renovation projects, new construction and expansion of existing assets.
Clive attended Civil Engineering College in Burcham Newton, England. He is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida, a Certified Lead Rehab Contractor, a Certified Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Coordinator.
Nat Barganier, an award-winning commercial real estate industry professional, has joined Colliers International Tampa Bay as Managing Director, Investment Services, the company announced today.
Barganier previously served as Managing Director of Investment Sales at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Tampa Bay, where he was recognized as a Top Producer in 2010 and 2011. With more than 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, he has extensive relationships with special servicers, banks and private equity groups, along with deep contacts with institutional and private real estate owners.
In his new role, Barganier joins forces with Principal and Managing Director of Multifamily Investment Services John Stone, and will focus on multifamily transactions. Combined, the two professionals have facilitated transactions valued at more than $4 billion, working with clients regionally, nationally and internationally. Barganier has transacted more than 8,200 apartment units in the past 14 years.
Barganier started in the business in 1988 and has experience in brokerage, receivership, workouts, asset repositioning, development and valuation. He primarily specializes in multifamily brokerage, but touches many asset classes due to his extensive industry contacts.

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has drawn on their expertise in real estate management to create a unique educational product, Sustainable Real Estate Management (SRM001). Sustainable Real Estate Management is the present and future of the entire real estate industry. Owners and tenants are demanding green space in greater numbers and in more markets. Not only does this different a property from others in the market but managers must recognize that green is on the legislative horizon. State and cities across the nation have already implemented green building codes/regulations and more are forthcoming.
