$50 FAA Visa Card Winner!

Karen Mitchell won the $50 Visa gift card for completing the online Education Conference & Trade Show survey. Here's what she had to say about the conference:

I have been attending the FAA Education Conference & Trade Show for many, many years and I am always excited to find out who is going to be speaking at the conference and what the newest topics and trends are in the multifamily industry. My favorite speaker this year was Joshua Harris (Multi-Housing Forecast seminar). He explained the "fiscal cliff" in detail so we could understand how this could potentially impact our industry as well as the country. As always, Nadeen Green and Doug Chasick updated us on the most recent Fair Housing cases and let us know about the new classifications regarding "hoarding".

The annual conference is also a great time to catch up with old friends in the industry and network with new friends and vendors. The Trade Show gives me the opportunity to meet new vendors and see new products. I am proud to be a member of FAA and believe that our association is one of the best in the country.
