This notice is hereby given more than 30 days in advance of the meeting, in compliance with FAA Bylaws Article VIII, Section 2, and Article XIV, Section 2.

After a stagnant first quarter performance, most metro markets saw modest rent growth and stabilized vacancy rates in the second quarter. The Orlando and Tampa regions are the only markets in the top dozen or so major metro areas for rent growth in the second quarter.
