In December, Rio Grande Fence Co. of Nashville continued its yearly tradition of providing employees with new steel-toed safety boots. For the 6th year in a row, the Redwing Shoes Mobile Shoe Store came to Rio Grande Fence Co., where employees gathered to pick up their new boots. The Annual Redwing Safety Booth Distribution Day is one of many ways that Rio Grande Fence Co. is working to keep its employees safe on the job.

If you have 10 or more years of experience as a fence contractor, you are eligible to apply for the new Certified Fence Contractor credential and test at FENCETECH 2019 in Indianapolis.
If you wish to test at FENCETECH, apply now and begin preparing for the six-part comprehensive examination covering Marketing, Sales and Advertising; Estimating and Bidding; Legal and Insurance Issues; Accounting and Corporate Structure; OSHA Compliance and Safety Management; and UL 325 and ASTM F2200.

If you are a current AFA member that has a deck and rail component of your business, the Deck & Rail Institute (DRI) has an exclusive offer for you. Contractors or Manufacturers/Wholesalers/Distributors/Suppliers can join the DRI as a “Charter Member” for $100 or $500 respectively.
Lock in this rate as long as you remain a member in good standing of AFA. If your AFA membership lapses for any reason, your organization's DRI membership dues will shift to the standard DRI dues structure.
