FENCETECH is the annual convention & trade show of the American Fence Association. It is the premier annual trade event for manufacturers and suppliers to the fence, gate and perimeter security industries and typically draws over 4,500 professionals to one place!

We are currently in the process of holding priority space selection for those companies who exhibited with us at FENCETECH 2024 in Nashville. You should have received an email with an appointment date and time. If not, please contact Jim Hawarden, Director Exhibits & Sponsorships. After space selection has concluded, we will clean up the floor, make any necessary changes and then open sales to those companies who did not exhibit with us this past year. You can find more information on the FENCETECH 2025 web page here.

The Call for Presentations for FENCETECH 2025 has begun. These sessions will be held on Tuesday & Wednesday, February 25 & 26.

Education sessions will be broken into 1 of the following 4 tracks; Business, Sales & Marketing, Install, and Leadership. Please see the link below for more information and to submit your application.

This month, we're shining a light on Tri-Star Fence & Farm Pros, a member since September 2023! Based in Morrison, TN and owned by Josh Walling, Tri-Star provides top-notch fence services to residential and farm communities.

Josh brings a wealth of experience to the table, having spent several years working in the commercial fence industry on schools, jails, tennis courts, and parks and recreation facilities. This, however, led him to establish Tri-Star with a focus on serving the local community and surrounding areas.

When asked about their decision to join the AFA, Josh simply said, "We really just wanted to learn." He recognizes the ongoing learning curve in the industry and wants AFA's resources and support to just that.

Beyond the Fence: When Josh isn't busy building fences, he enjoys the outdoors – hunting, fishing, and tinkering with a couple of hot rods. Family time is also a priority, making Tri-Star's focus on their local community even more meaningful.
