Joe Scerbo has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 23 years as a licensed General, Electrical & HVAC Contractor in the state of California. Joe's diverse background serves as a well-balanced platform with extensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines. He has dedicated his professional career to providing accurate, impartial, and credible work, including testimony to support legal proceedings. Joe prides himself in continued education, staying ahead of the contracting industry trends with many certifications and awards in lighting, cooling, EVSE, backup power systems including, hybrid hot water heaters, and evolving electrical standards including solar. He serves as a construction consultant and expert for construction defect litigation. His experience includes project management, construction defect analysis, code and industry standards review and analysis, litigation support with consulting and peer review for single-family, multifamily, hospitality and commercial construction.
