Florida Records Management Association 2020 Annual Conference Cancelled

Conference Registration:

Conference registration has been closed, effective immediately. You will no longer be able to register for the 2020 conference.

Registration Fees:

All registration fees will be refunded beginning on or around April 1, 2020. f you paid by check, you will receive a refund check mailed to the address we have on file. If you paid by credit card, your card will receive a credit.

Hotel Room Reservations:

If you made a hotel room reservation at the Hilton, please call 866-536-8477 or 386-254-8200 to cancel your reservation.

The Hilton has assured us they are allowing cancellations without issue.

If you made a hotel room reservation elsewhere, please know you are responsible for making the cancellation.

FCRM Status:

The current FCRM renewal cycle will be extended for one year. This applies to all new certifications as well as renewal certifications.

Elections:

The current election cycle will continue as scheduled and members will receive a ballot as scheduled in April. Once the votes are read, the decisions will be final and the newly elected officers will be sworn in at the annual meeting.

Annual Business Meeting:

The annual business meeting is scheduled for Thursday May 21st from 10:00AM – 12Noon. Please note that this meeting will be conducted via a virtual meeting platform and a call in line/number will be provided.
