FreightWaves A shortage of drug and alcohol testing sites and equipment has led to some drivers being unable to complete their testing as ordered, according to the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association. The group has sent a letter to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, asking for consideration of the impacts of the shortages and drivers unable to comply with testing orders.
