Thirteenth Québec-California Carbon Market Auction Set for November 14

Québec’s Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MDDELCC) and the California Air Resources Board (ARB) announced that the thirteenth joint carbon market auction would be held on November 14, 2017.
The publication of the Auction Notice, which includes the number of emission units for sale, minimum prices and application requirements, marks the beginning of the application period. The application period for this auction closes October 16, 2017.
