PTI Course Updates Reflect DOT Cylinder Allowances

PTI has updated specific courses to include the most recent changes from Transport Canada. In recent history, cylinders with DOT (instead of TC or CTC) specifications were not allowed to be legally filled in Canada unless they were manufactured prior to January 1, 1993. However, this is now permitted due to recent Transport Canada regulations that were developed in the spirit of Canada-USA harmonization of codes and standards. Relevant PTI Manuals will now reflect this, but no recall or discontinuation for manuals and exams will be issued for this change.
