You know you need one – it’s mandated by Environment and Climate Change Canada – but you’re not sure how to get started on an Environmental Emergency (E2) plan.
It’s as easy as:
- Develop your plan
ERAC has full-time staff dedicated to developing or editing E2 plans, including complex modelling and mapping done in-house. ERAC keeps up-to-date with new or revised regulations through established relationships with the government.
- Implement your plan
ERAC responds during the emergency phase of incidents involving stationary tanks on behalf of its Plan Participants with an LPG-approved ERAP. Your E2 plan isn’t considered implemented until it has been written and is operational to the point where the submitting organization can expect to successfully deal with all aspects of an environmental emergency.
- Test your plan
ERAC assists with the development and execution of mandatory annual drills and exercises for its Plan Participants.
