NEW: ICS 100 and 200 online training, ICS 200 and 300 instructor-led sessions

ERAC offers both ICS 100 and 200 online through its learning management system, Workhub. For ERAC’s response team network and first responders (firefighter, police, EMS), this course is free.
Please note that the ICS 200 online course does not qualify you to take ICS 300. To move on to ICS 300 you must take ICS 200 with a certified instructor.
ERAC will hold the following virtual, instructor-led sessions:
- ICS 200 – November 2020, January/February 2021
- ICS 300 – January/February 2021
Please contact Don Merriam, Emergency Response Planning Manager, at 514-714-1075 to inquire about booking one of these courses; a minimum number people is required to hold an instructor-led training. Instructor-led sessions are only available in English currently. A flat fee (plus travel expenses, if applicable) is also available to organizations looking to book virtual or in-person training for their staff.
ICS (Incident Command System) is a standardized approach to the command, control, and coordination of emergency response providing a common hierarchy within which responders from multiple agencies can be effective.
