CPA thanks PTI Executive Director Bruce Leslie as he moves on to meet new challenges

December 31 will be the last day for PTI Executive Director Bruce Leslie. He has accepted a position with Cenovus Energy as a senior advisor, beginning in the new year.

Working in collaboration with the PTI team, Bruce oversaw PTI’s move to offering additional online training courses and helped to create an environment where trainers can easily provide input and feedback on course materials, resulting in changes to be instituted more rapidly and allowing the PTI to keep up with industry trends and technology. Bruce also signed partnerships with Staples for printing and free shipping for PTI printed training material and with BFL for a new group insurance plan for trainers, and also instituted a distance learning procedure, just recently launched.

The CPA would like to take this opportunity to thank Bruce for his work with the PTI and wish him all the best in his future endeavours with Cenovus Energy.
