The CPA is pleased to welcome Darren Cunningham as the new Director, Government Relations, West.

With over fifteen years of communications and public relations experience and a strong background in public policy, Darren brings a passion for public affairs to the role and looks forward to advancing the interests of members with provincial and municipal governments.

Darren, who holds a political science degree, has held various senior roles within the federal and provincial governments, as well as in the private sector. His experience includes Vice President at Thornley Fallis Communications, and government relations roles with Shaw Communications and with his own company, Level Public Affairs.

Darren will be working with CPA members across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and developing and maintaining relationships with all levels of government, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
