Stittco Energy, operated by Superior Propane, has confirmed that Churchill, Manitoba received its second shipment of propane within the past year last Friday, July 6. The town has been without its rail line linking it to the south for more than a year after flooding washed out portions of the tracks. Omnitrax, the company that owns the rail line, has said it is appealing a federal regulatory ruling that requires it to repair the track.
