The CPA is currently engaged in monitoring and providing recommendations to the various political parties engaged in the upcoming provincial elections in British Columbia (October 24) and Saskatchewan (October 26).
As each political party begins to unveil their election platforms, the CPA will analyze and inform members as to the possible impacts of the proposed public policy changes and what affect they may have on the propane industry. In addition, the CPA will proactively reach out to candidates to provide them with an understanding of the many advantages of propane as part of the energy mix in both of the provinces.
Should CPA members have any questions about the upcoming elections, please contact Tanis Fiss, Director, Government Relations – West at tanisfiss@propane.ca.
