The Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services is seeking bids from vendors interested in qualifying to supply bulk propane for the province of Ontario.
This Request for Bids opportunity is for prospective bidders to be a part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Propane for the province of Ontario.
Propane delivered under this VOR arrangement will be used to heat buildings and water at various locations across the province.
Vendors will be required to provide bulk storage tanks for the duration of the agreement along with the delivery of propane into the storage tanks.
For this procurement, the government has divided the province into 20 geographic zones and bidders may bid to qualify in one or more zones. Each zone contains multiple delivery locations. Qualified vendors will then have the ability to compete for the supply and provision of bulk storage tanks to these delivery locations along with the delivery of propane into the storage tanks.
