CPA Working with TC on Tanks Permanently Mounted on Trailers

The CPA is working closely with Members on Transport Canada’s notice that some propane companies are transporting propane in stationary tanks permanently mounted (e.g., bolted or welded) on trailers.  A national conference call was held on September 15, with over 30 members participating. The CPA is sending a letter to Transport Canada seeking clarification on this important matter.
