QC: Regulatory Changes - Latest Amendments to the Regulations Relating to Pressure Vessels

On September 20, 2017, the draft regulation on pressure vessels was published in the Gazette officielle du Québec for public comment.

This regulation will replace the Act respecting pressure vessels (chapter A 20.01) and the Pressure Vessels Regulations (chapter A 20.01, r 1), and will make it possible to integrate pressure vessels into the Building Act (chapter B-1.1).
