Stationary Tanks Permanently Mounted on Trailers Update

On October 27, the CPA met with Transport Canada on this issue at which time they re-confirmed their openness to providing a transition period to companies who would experience undue hardship if immediate compliance was imposed.  Transport Canada will be granting temporary certificates on a case by case basis; therefore,  each company in need of a transition period should submit an application to Transport Canada. Information related to applications for temporary certificates can be found here.
